Know your acne type, before make a treatment
Every person has different types of acne. Each type has a different way of treatment. Therefore, you must identify which type of acne you have on yourself or you'll regret for choosing the wrong acne treatment.
There are many variations of acne, here they are :
1. Non-inflammatory type (mild type of acne vulgaris)
This is the type of acne that does not make sick and will not grow bigger. They are:
* Whiteheads
and
* Blackheads
Both of them are the result of pores that are clogged due to the skin cells die and excessive oil glands in the skin. Please remember that Blackhead black color is not dirt but a porous plug that changes color due to oxidized with air.
Both
types of acne are mild type of acne and can be directly
treated with facial (both facials at salons or do your own)
2. Inflammatory Type (moderate-severe type of acne vulgaris)
Type of acne that often cause pain and can probably continue to grow bigger, usually colored red. In
contrast to whiteheads or blackheads, this acne causes is not only because the pores are
clogged but clogged pores were also infected by bacteria. These types include:
* Papule
* Pustule
(The papule that contains pus / white thing that looks like rice. Pustule is a red color on the edge and white in the middle)
* Nodule
(This includes big acne type. Nodule size is larger/bigger than pustule and usually very sore when touch)
* Cyst
(This
is the form of most severe acne. The size is big even sometimes so big
that such swelling. Unlike other acne, cyst usually spread to the
entire face / not in one place. Most of the cyst sufferers often also
have family members who experienced the same so that most likely this type of acne is genetic.)
3. Milia
Milia are white spots that almost similiar to whiteheads but much smaller. Millia only can be feel when touched. Milia can occur in newborns baby, children and adults.
4. Acne Rosacea
Acne Rosacea commonly marked with a red face and swollen (inflammation), with red rash indicate broken blood vessels, easily flushed skin, skin dryness and irritation excessive around the nose and cheek. This acne is more visible as small red bumps. A large red nose and rosy cheeks are often seen in adult male alcoholic is often Acne Rosacea. Alcohol is one of the many the cause of this type of Acne. But in reality, Acne Rosacea sufferer mostly are women.
5. Acne Conglobata
Acne conglobata is a severe type of acne. Acne conglobata shape are varies from normal to acne stones in large numbers. Acne can grow in the face but also in the body, even up to become inflamed. Advanced stage of acne conglobata is festering abscesses and inflammation that are difficult to treat.
