Squeeze acne - Read this article before you make a big mistake!

Squeezing acne can be the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning. At that time you'll feel upset by what you see in the mirror. It seems for many people squeezing the acne is the fastest way to eliminate them from the face.

At the moment you see acne comes up in the middle of your nose, then what do you think to do first? Squeezing it!, right? That's because squeezing is the fastest way to eliminate your acne. Squeeze acne becomes a habit that's hard to explain and could become an addiction.

When you look at your pimples are flat within a short time after you squeezing it, -- 'do you know that it will make things getting even worse?'

So, what is the best time to squeeze acne

Since there are no rules about 'squeezing' acne, I recommend you to doing this only to remove your white blackheads. Try to understand that squeezing pimples will only aggravate your skin condition. This can darken your skin, unsightly, and even cause permanent lesion.

Some people who have previously squeeze the acne has learned that injuries would cause new acne. This is because not only will the 'squeezing' infect the pimples but also can injure the dermis layer.

You must identify your acne

Not all acne is created with the same type. Below are some types of acne you need to understand before you have a strong urge to squeezing it.

* Acne Vulgaris, the most common type of acne like white blackheads , black blackheads, and pustule.
* Acne Conglobata, usually found in men and characterized by heavy black blackheads and wounds that are too large.
* Acne Rosacea, is generally seen as reddish rash on the nose, forehead, cheeks, and chin.
* Acne Fulminans, commonly found in teenagers and looks like a big zit boil.

As you can see, there are a few explanation about acne above. Maybe one you has identified type of your acne and wants to get rid of it. But, please !!! forget to squeezing it !! There are a lot of better ways to get rid of your acne.

Great article idea, but the vagueness and lack of editing make it kinda un-useful. It's a good reminder, though!
